I'm rocking about 24 mana regen / sec, have rank 10 glaive that hits 6 mobs and crits for 6000. I want to call him a wand outlander, but I stopped using wands and started using whatever gave the best offensive boost for spells (usually wands), and a shield with poison damage and 2 sockets for mana regen. I got up to level 50 on my poison outlander. I also make liberal use of my haste and raise skeleton archer scrolls. My passives are the ones that boost ranged damage and dual weapon damage. My actives are the armour piercing/knockback barrage and the AoE armour reduction. Hopefully that will help my survivability, because I'd like to stop putting points in vitality and add those points to str to get it up a bit closer to my dex (which is more than 2x the next highest stat, ~100 dex to ~45 str/~40 focus).Įdit: I've kept the skills simple so far. I think I stayed with my mid-teens/early-20s gear for too long after our session last night, I switched to the three pieces of the Badlands set that I'd collected, and my armour went from 99 to 143. We're playing on veteran, and for the first act I had the occasional death, but now later in act 2 I'm definitely starting to struggle. I died numerous times, but I'm having trouble with frequent deaths in general. We've also had two phase portal challenges, which have been some of the hardest fights we've had so far - the second one especially. We both hit level 30 after beating the second main quest boss in act 2. He's a 2H engineer with the healbot, and I'm a dual pistol outlander. Got about 10 hours in over the weekend with a buddy.
